Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for EnquiryPath custom digital reports.

Business customers

EnquiryPath is intended for business customers. Because reports are custom digital services prepared for a specific business, refund rights are limited once work has started.

Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel before work has started, EnquiryPath will normally provide a full refund. To cancel, email hello@enquirypath.uk with your name, business name, order reference and date of purchase.

Cancelling after work starts or after delivery

If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, EnquiryPath may provide a partial refund at its discretion, depending on research completed, time spent, administration and drafting already completed.

If the report has already been delivered, refunds are not normally available unless EnquiryPath has materially failed to provide the purchased service. Disagreement with a recommendation, score, interpretation or commercial judgement does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Factual corrections and duplicate payments

If you believe the report contains a clear factual error, contact EnquiryPath within 7 days of delivery. EnquiryPath may correct the report or provide clarification where it agrees there is a factual error based on information available at the time of review.

EnquiryPath may provide a full or partial refund if it cannot provide the service, cancels before work starts, materially fails to deliver the purchased service, receives a duplicate payment or a refund is required by law.
