FAQ

Straight answers before you buy

Clear scope, practical delivery and no vague retainer promises.

What is EnquiryPath?

EnquiryPath is a fixed-price, public-information-only buyer-confidence review for UK SMEs. It shows what potential customers can publicly see, trust and act on before they enquire, then turns that evidence into practical fix-first recommendations.

Is this an SEO audit?

No. EnquiryPath may look at public Google, website and review signals, but it is not a technical SEO audit, ranking service or SEO retainer. The focus is buyer confidence across the public enquiry journey.

Do you need access to my Google account, website admin or analytics?

No. Standard EnquiryPath reviews are public-information-only. You should not submit passwords, logins, private analytics, CRM records or confidential account data.

What do I receive?

You receive a practical PDF report with evidence-led observations, fix-first priorities and next-step recommendations. Reports are normally delivered by email within 3 business days after successful payment and usable intake details.

What happens after payment?

You receive confirmation, EnquiryPath reviews the public buyer journey for the business supplied, and the PDF report is normally delivered within 3 business days. If clarification is needed, EnquiryPath will contact you by email.

Which review should I choose?

Choose the Snapshot for a quick first look, Local Enquiry Growth for your own Google, website, reviews and conversion path, Competitive Clarity for competitor and VOC comparison, or Combined Master Review when you want both lenses in one report.

Can I see a sample before buying?

Yes. The sample reports page includes anonymised demonstration reports and preview pages so you can see the structure and style before choosing.

Are results guaranteed?

No. EnquiryPath reports do not guarantee rankings, leads, enquiries, sales, revenue, traffic or conversion increases. They provide analysis and recommendations based on public information available at the time of review.

Is this suitable for my business?

It is designed for UK SMEs that are looked at online before buyers enquire. It can be especially useful before spending more on ads, SEO retainers, redesigns or copy changes.

What information do I need to provide?

You provide your name, business name, email, website URL, location or service area, business type, main services and the main concern you want to improve. Competitor URLs and extra notes are optional.

Can I ask for help before choosing?

Yes. Use the guidance form or email hello@enquirypath.uk and EnquiryPath will recommend the most sensible review route. Guidance requests do not go to Stripe checkout.

What if I want a refund or cancellation?

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because reports are custom digital services, refunds are limited once work has started, but cancellation before work starts will normally be refunded.

What does the Local Enquiry Growth Review look at?

It reviews public Google, website, service clarity, review proof, public consistency and contact-route signals that shape whether a cautious buyer feels ready to enquire.

Will EnquiryPath make the website changes?

No. EnquiryPath provides the report and practical recommendations. You can use it internally or with your website developer, freelancer or agency.

Does Competitive Clarity copy competitors?

No. It identifies public clarity lessons, proof patterns and buyer hesitation points so your own positioning can become easier to understand without copying another business.

Do you use confidential competitor data?

No. The review uses public information only and does not use employer data, client data, confidential information or non-public sources.

Fixed-price. Practical. Public-information-only.
